Public Administration Program Introduced By Online College (New London Day)
Charter Oak State College, Connecticut's distance learning college for adults, will expand its online course offerings this fall with the launch of a degree completion concentration in Public Administration. Concentration classes begin Aug. 27. The registration deadline is Aug. 17.
