THE TICKER: Lloyd Carr receives one vote from players (Detroit Free Press)

Online degree program was first introduced to fit the busy schedule for working adults to continue their education. The demands of online education continue to increase rapidly and become one of the popular channels for not only working adults but also other students to further their education through online degree programs. Today, online education extends it's functionality by enabling students from oversea to pursue their degree from their country and allow local students to earn a degree from an abroad university.

Well, this isn't going to be much of a recruiting tool for Michigan. SI.com asked 119 college football starters -- one from each Division I-A school -- which coach they'd like to play for other than their own. Just one voted for Lloyd Carr.

If you can not stay motivated on your own, an online institution is not your best choice for getting a degree. To be success as an online student, you must be able to self-motivate, and complete projects or assignment to meet your preset schedule.
