We ordered a £558 trampoline from Argos Sports in April for our boys' birthdays and paid with our Sainsbury's credit card. Delivery was due in five days, but nothing arrived. We cancelled the order because we were told delivery could take another five weeks and Argos Sports promised a full refund.
