BUSINESS BRIEFS (The Tampa Tribune)
A Plant City dairy is one of two Winn-Dixie facilities to have its milk certified kosher by The Orthodox Union . The yearlong effort to certify Winn-Dixie brand products includes orange juices, teas, Chek soda, Thrifty Maid and Premium drinks and Prestige ice creams. There are more than 50 Winn-Dixie stores in the Tampa Bay area.

ATF, Police Charge Gang Member (R News)
They watched him for three months. Authorities arrested a Rochester gang member for selling guns in the city. Police say Terrance Johnson, 17, sold 11 handguns and two long guns in the Jefferson Avenue area of the city over a three month period.

Services Continue for Crash Victims (R News)
Services for the two pilots killed in a Penfield plane crash continued Tuesday. Family and friends attended calling hours for David Finger. They also attended a memorial service Tuesday morning in Perinton.

City Welcomes New Cruise Line (R News)
A new cruise line service is set to sail into the Port of Rochester. City officials will officially welcome the Grand Mariner, one of the fleet of ships in the Great Lakes Cruising Coaltion, into the port at 10 a.m on Aug. 30.
