National Grid USA, KeySpan ratings cut on completion of acquisition- S&P (Sharewatch)
MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it has lowered its corporate credit ratings on National Grid USA, KeySpan Corp and all subsidiaries, excluding KeySpan Energy Delivery New York (KEDNY) and KeySpan Energy Delivery Long Island (KEDLI), one notch to 'A-' from 'A' and the short-term ratings to 'A-2' from 'A-1'.
